To participate in the Mancos Senior Center lunches, phone Clara at 533-7721 by 7:30 a.m. the day of the lunch to reserve a place, order a take-out meal or request a home-delivered meal. Be sure to leave a message if you get the answering machine. Bingo is held every Wednesday from 10 to 11:15 a.m.
Hot meals are served every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All ages are welcome.
Wednesday, Jan. 30 - Cheeseburger pie, tossed salad, seasoned green beans, plums, whole wheat roll.
Friday, Feb. 1 - Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, saucy fruit salad, bran muffin.
Monday, Feb. 4 - Chicken fajitas, lettuce and tomato, seasoned pinto beans, cilantro rice, fresh grapes.
Wednesday, Feb. 6 - Cream of potato soup, chicken salad platter with grapes and walnuts on lettuce leaf, whole wheat roll, strawberries and banana slices.
