John H. Hall was born on July, 25 1935. He died on November 25, 2012. He was 77.
Born in Dolores County he attended Dolores High School. He served in the US Air force from 1952 until his retirement in October of 1973.
He served during the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts. He graduated from St. Petersburg Jr. College in 1978 with an Associates Degree in Business and Associates Degree in Arts. He then attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where he received his Masters degree in Business Law.
He is survived by his son, Johnny D. Hall, who retired as Chief Master Sergeant with almost 27 years and is now in Civil Service working with the Pentagon in Washington DC and daughter in law, Cindy; a brother and his family, Jerry B. Hall, who is the previous owner of Jerrys Sporting Goods in Cortez, Jerrys wife Gloria, daughter Kendall Allen and her husband Stacey and her daughter, Calyn. John had 9 other siblings all deceased and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews in Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. He is also survived by his wife of 16 years, Anna, her 3 sons and daughter and nine grandchildren. Melissa Brodnax, her husband Jay, their 2 daughters, Alyssa and Natasha; Annas 3 sons last names of Hardison; Tony and his 2 children, Anthony and Ashley; Johnny and his 2 children, Brandon and Makayla; Brian and his 3 sons, Matt, Ryan and Tim. We all love John dearly and he will be truly missed.
On July 25, 2013 a full military honor guard service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL where he will be forever honored. Anderson McQueen Funeral Homes is handling arrangements.
