Was just wondering if our voters turned down legal marijuana in Amendment 64, why are we still selling pot on Main Street?

Editors note: Legalization of medical marijuana in Colorado came in 2000 through voter approval of an amendment to the state constitution; thus the change took place statewide. Amendment 64 is also a state constitutional amendment that will apply uniformly across Colorado, regardless of local vote totals.
