The Crow Canyon Archaeological Center is offering two new, free educational programs at Crow Canyon Connection in the Colorado Welcome Center in Cortez.
Programs include:
“Ask an Archaeologist” from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, for those who want to learn more about the area’s archaeological history from Crow Canyon archaeologists.“Pueblo Perspectives” from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursdays, for those who want to participate in conversations about archaeology and Pueblo culture with cultural specialist and Zuni tribal member Dan Simplicio.Programs are free and open to all.
