The Dolores River Brewery has two live music shows coming up on its back patio stage.
On July 7 at 8 p.m., local favorites The Lindells will perform. Kim and Chris Lindell and drummer Eli Shostak perform their brand of psychedelic folk rock with an inspiring improvisational style.
Featuring intricate guitar lines, melodic vocal harmonies and atmospheric storytelling, the Lindells’ wide-ranging catalog of original songs expresses the inner life and longings of humanity, their website says.
The Lindells have shared the stage with JJ Cale, Arlo and Sarah Lee Guthrie, Robert Earl Keen, and Creedence Clearwater Revisited. Their latest folk rock CD is “Long Holiday Motel.”
On July 21, Dublin roots band “I Draw Slow” will perform at the pub. The five-piece band have been selling out venues in Ireland and releasing their records to critical acclaim. Their instruments and vocals blend organically on stage, giving audiences a sense of intimacy and connection to the performance.
The band made its U.S. debut in 2013 in Nashville after its second album, “Redhills,” made the No. 2 spot on the Irish music charts.
They’ve since toured 21 states in 13 tours and have moved into a dominant position on the American folk music scene, playing larger festivals and attracting a growing international and domestic fan base.
