Renew Inc. of Cortez will offer community training in the “Dynamics of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault” Wednesdays and Thursdays from June 6-28.
The 40-hour training series is intended to “deepen your understanding of the roots and impacts of domestic violence and sexual assault and supply you with advocacy tools to support survivors,” according to a news release from Annie Seder.
Created for future volunteer advocates and employees, training is also open to any interested community members.
