Firearm phobia is a mental illness

The letters that are printed in daily papers and online all seem to be the type that show bias by the writer and the publication regardless of basis in in fact. The anti-firearms letters are always irrational and written by the uninformed. There is more than enough proof that gun bans are what some of our leaders wish. The functions of firearms written by readers are misleading and incorrect as evidenced by made-up terms and misleading statements.

I will not go into any corrective mode but will just simply state that we have the right to defend our lives, an inalienable right that is to be protected. Throw out the Constitution that created “Americans.” What will you call yourselves when the trashing of the Law of the Land is complete? You will have no say in government, and you have very little now; you all have been opening the barn door little by little. Your Congress has been urging it quietly.

The mess began with FDR, and you all know what he did because you attended government schools, right? You know history. You are smarter than the Founders but never read the Federalist Papers, have you? You cannot define mental illness, either. You are phobic about firearms and nothing more. Your phobia is a mental illness, and thus you should not be allowed to vote, let alone demand things from government, such as more intrusion.

Giving up the right to keep firearms is a mistake a free society can make only once.
