Rocky Mountain One Stop relocates to Broadway

Previously located on Main Street, Rocky Mountain One Stop has relocated to 330 N. Broadway next to Maxwell Automotive. They will continue to carry the same products and services the community knows and loves. Guitar strings, amps, DVDs, new and used CDs, body jewelry, instruments and more. They also do guitar repairs. Their hours are the same, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call 565-3795 for more details.



Business referral meeting

The Local BNI Chapter – Cortez Referral Source invites all business owners/managers to come to a Stack Day Celebration. Our chapter has hit the $2 million mark in referrals given to local businesses. Dolores Rotary Club opens bingo season

The Dolores Rotary Club will kickoff their annual bingo season with a bingo night on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Dolores Community Center, 400 Riverside Ave. A light supper and dessert will be served starting at 6:30 p.m. for $5, with bingo following at 7 p.m. Cards are $1 per game or $10 for the evening. Introduction to Quickbooks in Dolores

Introduction to Quickbooks is coming to Dolores on Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dolores Public Library, 1002 Railroad Ave. There will be a 30-minute break for lunch and attendees should bring a brown bag lunch. The cost to attend is $30. Offered by the Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center, this seminar will introduce users to Quickbooks, the most popular small business accounting software on the market, and show how it can help business owners manage their business and save time. Topics covered will include: It is Installed — now what?, How to get through the Set-up Process, Creating an Effective Chart of Accounts, Small Business Accounting 101: What every owner should know, Strategies for Managing Cash Flow, and How to Make Paying Bills less Painful.
