Bill was born Dec. 3, 1929, in White County, Ill. the son of Charles E. and Mildred Emily (Questell) Moore. He passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at St. Marys Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo. at the age of 82.
