2-year sentence is a travesty of justice

Are you kidding me? A man drives recklessly, 85 in a 65 mph speed zone, crosses the center line, hits another vehicle and kills a father (husband), a son (brother), injures two more people, and the judge deems it “serious enough” to impose a two-year incarceration period.

For murdering two people?

And, yes, as far as I’m concerned, it is murder. He had absolutely no regard for other people on the highway.

The devastation for this family will be felt for the rest of their lives, and this murderer gets two years in prison and then lives his happy little life.

What a travesty of justice.
