Recently, my walker and I came to an obstacle while running errands. On the way to deliver a paper to the Montezuma County Planning Board office in the courthouse, I found it is located up three flights of stairs to the upper floor of the west wing.
A very nice man and his wife came to my rescue. While he searched for their destination, she carried my walker as I struggled up the stairs and back down.
There are still some caring and thoughtful people around, and I want these people to know how much I appreciate their help.
