Our family would like to thank Hospice of Montezuma County for all their help with the passing of our mother and wife, Joy Ann Hawks. You are remarkable people with such skill at knowing what to do in such a difficult time. Thank you for all the tender loving care you showed our mom, as well as our entire family as we went through this process.
