Bug Zone Transformed by our Big God Vacation Bible School
Montelores Baptist Church will hold its Vacation Bible School the week of Monday through Friday, July 23-27 from 9 a.m. until noon each day. All ages of children are invited to join us for a week of Bible lessons, crafts, music, and games. The theme this year is Bug Zone Transformed by our Big God! Free 6-week Intro to Meditation & Christian Mysticism
The Center of Light presents Intro to Meditation & Christian Mysticism starting on Monday, July 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sophia Peace Center, 19581 Road 31 in Dolores turn left on 11th at the Riverside Gas Station, go 1.8 miles. Look for the large sign with the dove, on the left. This is a powerful 6-week introductory course designed for modern mystics. Classes will include teachings on the Inner Spiritual Path, Meditation, Soul, Light, Prayer, and Blessing. Time will be spent teaching the principles of meditation that will allow you to move deeper than the body, beyond thinking and emotions and into the reality of Gods peace and presence within. Rev It Up! Vacation Bible School
Lighthouse Baptist Church will hold its Rev It Up! Vacation Bible School on Monday, July 30 through Friday, Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon at 11502 Hwy. 145, Cortez. This is for kids age 4 years to 6th grade, and parents are also welcome. There will be awesome games, delicious snacks, hilarious puppets, exciting bible lessons, and unbelievable prizes.
