‘Night Out’ will raise funds for Bridge Emergency Shelter

“A Night Out” on Friday, July 20, is the Bridge Emergency Shelter’s summer fundraising event. This is the day and/or night to eat out for the shelter. There are 35 restaurants in Cortez, Dolores, and Mancos who are participating in our event this year by donating a percentage of their sales that day to the Bridge.

The participating Cortez restaurants are Angel’s End Zone, Antonio’s, Burger Boy, Dry Dock, El Grande Café, J. Fargo’s, Jack & Janelle’s, Koko’s, Lotsa Pasta, Mountain High Pizza, Nero’s, Once Upon a Sandwich, Pepperhead, Pippo’s, Pizza Hut, San Juan Coffee Company, Seas’nings, Shiloh Steakhouse, Silver Bean, Spruce Tree, Stonefish Sushi, Tequila’s, and The Farm. Dolores restaurants are Dolores Food Market, Dolores River Brewery, Hollywood Bar & Grill, Karla’s Bakery, Ponderosa Restaurant, Rio Grande Southern, and Riverfront Pizza & Suds. Mancos restaurants include Absolute Bakery, Crème Puffs Café, Fahrenheit Coffee Roasters, Olio — Fine Food, Wine & Art, and Ted’s Taco’s.

Business sponsors of “A Night Out” are City of Cortez, First National Bank, Citizens State Bank, and Dolores State Bank. Free t-shirts will be available thanks to the Cortez Retail Enhancement Association for 100 folks who eat out.
