WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20

Ÿ Jay Philip Johnson, 26, of Cahone, pleaded guilty to one count of marijuana possession — under 2 ounces, and to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant was ordered to pay $536 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Richard V. Talbot, 27, of Ignacio, pleaded guilty to one count of marijuana possession — under 2 ounces. Defendant was ordered to pay $431 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Jason K. Doyel, 19, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of underage possession/consumption of alcohol. He was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $61 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws — traffic or criminal, and must keep his address current with the court. He must perform 24 hours of useful public service/community service by Dec. 20, 2012. Defendant must also obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations and provide proof to the court.

TUESDAY, JUNE 26

Ÿ Janey Y. Boren-Wall, 53, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence. This is defendant’s first DUI. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition, and to an updated sentence of 12 months supervised probation. She was also ordered to pay $915.50 in fines and costs, and to perform 24 hours of useful public service/community service by May 26, 2013. Defendant must attend victim impact panel, Level II education and 42 hours of therapy — Track A, and must undergo outpatient therapy. She must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use. Integrated dual diagnosis therapy hours are to be determined by her treatment provider. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation. The jail sentence of 30 days is suspended dependent upon successful completion of probation. She must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing. Defendant must also undergo a mental health evaluation and/or counseling.

Ÿ Keyan A. Fitzgerald, 19, of Lewis, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment — strike/shove/kick and received a deferred sentence of 12 months supervised state probation. He was ordered to pay $941.80 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws — traffic or criminal, and must keep his address current with the court. He must undergo a substance abuse and alcohol abuse evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. Defendant must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use as directed by probation. He shall not contract any financial obligations without approval of his probation officer and collections investigator. All standard conditions of probation apply.

Ÿ Glenda A. Whiteskunk, 52, of Towaoc, pleaded guilty to one count of driving after revocation prohibited — habitual traffic offender. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition and must perform 72 hours of useful public service/community service by Dec. 26, 2012. Jail time is suspended conditional on completion of useful public service, with proof filed to the Court. Defendant must also pay $816.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Anthony B. Jones, 40, of Fruitland, N.M., pleaded guilty to one count of 3rd degree assault — knowingly/recklessly causing injury. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 46 days credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay $237.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Kyle A. Mark, 27, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint — alcohol related. He received 40 days credit for time served and was ordered to pay $237.50 in fines and costs. He also was required to forfeit a weapon involved in his incident.

Ÿ Liana M. Cisco, 32, of Montezuma Creek, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. She was sentenced to 5 days in jail, and received 4 days credit for time served. She was ordered to report to the jail on June 30 at 10 p.m. Defendant was also ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27

Ÿ Wayne L. Williams, 43, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment — insults/taunts/challenge. He received a deferred sentence of 6 months supervised state probation and was ordered to pay $557.50 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws — traffic or criminal and must keep his address current with the court. Defendant must pay all fines and costs as ordered, and must obtain an anger management evaluation and follow all recommendations. All conditions of probation apply.

Ÿ Stephanie D. Cressler, 32, of Dolores, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of marijuana — under 2 ounces. She was ordered to pay $431 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Dustin Ray Wall, 24, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $131 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Sandy A. Jones, 29, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $131 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Shelli Ann Martin, 49, of Dolores, pleaded no contest to owning/possessing a dog not under control. She was ordered to pay $86 in fines and costs.
