Wednesday, Oct. 25

12:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1200 block of Twenty Mule Team Drive. A woman claimed that sometime between 4 and 11:50 p.m., someone had entered her car and taken about $20 in cash and change. The case remains under investigation.

2:15 a.m.: A woman was arrested outside the Giant gas station, 2021 E. Main St., on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge.

3:12 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 1300 block of Acoma Street on three warrants for failure to appear on Montezuma County, Adams County and Jefferson County misdemeanors.

10:22 a.m.: A woman was served with a warrant for a local misdemeanor at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:10 a.m.: A man was arrested at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., on a warrant for failure to appear on a local felony charge.

7:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Bealls, 2216 E. Main St.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

8:30 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 800 block of East Empire Street on a warrant for failure to appear on an out-of-county misdemeanor charge.

12:27 p.m.: A man was arrested at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge.

12:33 p.m.: A woman was issued a summons in the 1400 block of East Montezuma Avenue on suspicion of driving an uninsured vehicle, driving under restraint, displaying expired license plates and driving without working turn signals after she was pulled over for failing to signal a left turn.

Thursday, Nov. 2

7:41 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 500 block of South Madison Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge. He was medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital before being taken to jail, due to severe intoxication.

Friday, Nov. 3

10:15 a.m.: A man was arrested at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge.

1:23 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 200 block of West First Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge.

2:13 p.m.: A man was arrested in Centennial Park, 800 E. Montezuma Ave., on a warrant for failure to appear on a local misdemeanor charge.

4:39 p.m. A man was issued a summons in the 600 block of East Montezuma Avenue on suspicion of selling meat out of a freezer in his pickup without a transient merchant license. The man reportedly said he did not know he needed a permit, and gave the name of a company in Phoenix he claimed was his employer. When responding officers contacted the company, they learned the man had been fired two months before.

5:24 p.m.: A woman was issued a summons at City Market, 508 E. Main St., on suspicion of shoplifting after she reportedly tried to steal $164.10 in groceries, clothing and hair products.

Saturday, Nov. 4

12:50 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 500 block of West Main St. on suspicion of DUI after he was pulled over for weaving.
