Ÿ Acey Bitsilly, 52, of Aneth, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing a peace officer. He received 30 days credit for time in jail and was ordered to pay $212.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Acey Bitsilly, 52, of Aneth, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing a peace officer. This is consecutive with case number 12M137 in Montezuma County court. He received 30 days credit for time served in jail and was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs.

TUESDAY, JUNE 12

Ÿ Marvin J. Benn, 40, of Blanding, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to report on June 19 at 10 p.m. He was also ordered to pay $195.50 in fines and costs. Restitution is open for 90 days.

Ÿ Waylon Hosteen Begaye, 25, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of child abuse — knowingly/recklessly causing no injury. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to report on June 17 at 10 p.m. Probation is revoked and terminated as unsuccessful. He was also ordered to pay $814.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Shelene L. Mitchell, 24, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of false reporting — false identification. She was ordered to pay $187.50 in fines and costs. Defendant was also ordered to perform 75 hours of useful public service/community service by Dec. 12, 2012.
