On April 7, Mike Wallace died. I think his family respected him, but did not love him, as I surmised from listening to his son. Six days later the media is still talking about his life. He was just a media star broadcaster. On Aug. 31, 1997, Princess Di passed away in an automobile accident. For five full days, her death was covered 24 hours nonstop. She was a foxy looking English girl who lobbied against land mines and fornicated with Arabs. Five days later, Mother Teresa died. Here was a lady who did more good deeds for the impoverished than anyone in our lifetime. The media struggled to give her a dozen mentions in a 24-hour period. Stephen Hawking, probably a greater physicist than Einstein, and whose accomplishments will benefit the world for generations, will get a scant mention when he dies. Mark those words.
The media should be talking nonstop about the state of our union and the damage that Obama is wreaking on our lives. Stop with the drivel.
