Why is it that our justice system has become so lenient with such serious offenses? How does one get sentenced to probation for serious crimes such as rape and molestation? How does the person with their third (or commonly more) DUI get 30 days?
Why aren’t we taking these unlawful actions more seriously? Why are we allowing our youth to think that breaking the law is nothing serious?
That’s exactly what happens when they see or personally experience someone that gets probation for an offense that should constitute jail and treatment.
