The Childrens Kiva Montessori School invites the community to volunteer for Kiva Work Day! Put a little sweat equity into a good cause children. Come on out and join the school on Saturday, April 21 at 1204 E. Empire St. in Cortez, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thanks go to those who have helped in the past; the success of completing necessary projects and keeping Kiva beautiful is largely dependent on kind volunteer efforts. Work Day goals include; painting, planting, sanding, oiling, digging etc. Kiva will provide coffee and baked goods in the morning and barbecue for lunch.
