Byron Maynes, President and CEO of First National Bank, recently announced that Amie Archibeque and Sara Berry have been promoted to Assistant Vice Presidents at the Cortez branch.
Archibeque serves as the banks Operations Specialist and has been with First National Bank for 13 years, beginning as a teller. Throughout her career, she has taken steps to expand her education through many banking courses. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and two children.
Berry joined First National Bank in 2007, where she also started as a teller. She was later promoted to teller supervisor. Currently, she serves as Deposit Operations Supervisor and as First Nationals BSA Officer, a role in which she is certified. Additionally, Berry manages the banks relationship bankers. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband are active in their church and enjoy assisting with childrens church.
I am pleased to announce Amies and Saras promotions, Maynes said. Each has distinguished herself over the course of their careers with us and deserve their new titles. Their efforts allow us to better serve our customers.
Marsha Chaffin, Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, added I am proud of both Sara and Amie for their promotions. Both are dedicated employees who work diligently and are always willing to help in various bank functions.
