Heavy spraying in Dolores is unnecessary

For the second year in a row, the Town of Dolores has been spraying “weed killer” all over town.

The effects from last year’s widespread spraying are still evident and still they soldier on, seemingly fearing some sort of plant invasion.

This is what happens when human health and the environment aren’t part of cost- “benefit” analyses. I put quotes on benefit because it is unclear what the benefit of spreading carcinogens all over town is.

Is the goal dead zones and erosion? Mission accomplished!

Is the goal cancer for town residents, their pets and wildlife? Only time will tell.
