Ÿ Shayla M. Liukko, 25, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment — strike/shove/kick. She received an updated deferred sentence of 24 months of supervised state probation, and was ordered to pay $1,490 in fines and costs. She must violate no traffic or criminal laws, and must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use if requested by probation. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation, and must keep her address current with the court. A protection order is a condition of the deferred sentence. If domestic violence treatment is complete prior to 24 months, defendant may motion for unsupervised probation.

He must obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations. Defendant must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use if recommended by probation. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use; defendant must follow all conditions of probation. He must violate no laws — traffic or criminal and keep his address updated with the court. A protection order is a condition of the deferred sentence. Defendant must enroll in an adult education program and work towards obtaining his GED.

Ÿ Allana R. Sanchez, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to harassment — strike/shove/kick. She received a deferred sentence of 24 months supervised state probation and was ordered to pay $1,511 in fines and costs. Defendant must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use if ordered by probation. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use; defendant must follow all conditions of probation. She must keep her address updated with the court. Defendant must compose a three-page paper about the effects of domestic violence on children. If domestic violence treatment is completed before the end of the deferred sentence, defendant may motion court for unsupervised probation.

TUESDAY, FEB. 7

Ÿ Sandra Nadine Haflich, 39, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of false reporting — false identification. She was ordered to pay $103.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Scott D. Delacruz, 39, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. He received credit for time served for electronic home monitoring for 12 days. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. GPS monitor is to be removed as his sentence has been carried out.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 8

Ÿ Melisa Castillo, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. She received an updated sentence of 12 months probation. This is concurrent with case number 11CR180 in District Court. She was also ordered to pay $229.50 in fines and costs.
