WEDNESDAY, FEB. 1 — Beef and peppers, brown rice, mixed vegetables, whole wheat roll, bread pudding.

FRIDAY, FEB. 3 — Sloppy Joes, roasted potatoes, beets, sherbet.

MONDAY, FEB. 6 — Porcupine meatballs, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, tossed salad, wheat rolls, almond peaches.

TUESDAY, FEB. 7 — Beef tacos with lettuce, tomato, and salsa, refried beans, fiesta corn, fresh fruit salad.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 8 — Chicken fajitas, seasoned pinto beans, cilantro rice, fresh grapes.

FRIDAY, FEB. 10 — Herb-baked chicken, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, Jeannie’s salad, bran muffin with raisins.

MONDAY, FEB. 13 — Chicken salad platter with grapes and walnuts on lettuce leaf, cooked yellow squash, bran muffin, strawberries and banana slices.

TUESDAY, FEB. 14 — Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, saucy fruit salad, bran muffin.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 15 — Barbecue pork ribs, seasoned cooked spinach, whole kernel corn, potato salad, fresh fruit salad.

FRIDAY, FEB. 17 — Birthday Day: Roast pork, baked apples, scalloped potatoes, California-blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, raisin cup, Birthday cake.

MONDAY, FEB. 20 — Hamburger on wheat bun with lettuce and tomato, sweet potato fries, fresh fruit salad, peanut butter cookie.

TUESDAY, FEB. 21 — Crunchy baked fish, oven-browned potato, mixed vegetables, creamy coleslaw, wheat roll, banana.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 22 — Meatloaf with gravy, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, Jello salad with fruit, wheat roll.

FRIDAY, FEB. 24 — Oven-fried chicken, baked potato, spinach mandarin salad, peaches, corn bread.

MONDAY, FEB. 27 — Chili, corn bread, tossed salad, peach crisp with ice cream.

TUESDAY, FEB. 28 — Kielbasa, parsley-buttered new potatoes, green beans, baked acorn squash, pineapple mandarin.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 29 — Salisbury steak with gravy, broccoli, baked potato with sour cream, tossed salad, fluffy fruit salad, whole wheat roll.



Due to budget cuts, we have closed the Thursday evening meals; home delivery seniors may receive an additional meal during the week to compensate.

Meals are a $3.50 donation for seniors 60 or older, $9 for those under 60. Lunches are served at 12 noon Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday meals are served on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. There is a salad bar every Tuesday at 5 p.m. and Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Milk is served with all meals. Please call the day before, or by 9:30 a.m. at the latest on the same day to reserve your meal.
