The Realtor of the Year for the Four Corners Board of Realtors for 2011 was presented to Jerald Cauley, left, and Jo Ann Cauley, center, of Century 21 West Slope Realty. They are congratulated by past board president Mindy Rosenbaugh. Selection is based on significant contribution to the community, local Board of Realtors, and participation in State and National Associations of Realtors. The Cauleys and Century 21 West Slope were also recognized for their contributions to the Colorado Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Fund.
