The Good Samaritan Center is open Monday-Friday from noon to 2 p.m. You need a photo ID. We are located in the alley behind Slavens at 25 1/2 South Elm, PO Box 662, Cortez, CO 81321. We are closed holidays and Christmas break through New Years Day.
