MONDAY, NOV. 14

Ÿ Anna Perez, 57, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief-under $500 and received a deferred sentence of 12 months. She was ordered to pay $231 in fines and costs. Defendant was ordered to obtain an anger management evaluation and to follow all recommendations. She must also attend parenting classes. She must violate no laws — traffic or criminal — and keep her address current with the court. Defendant is also required to obtain a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations.

Ÿ Jennifer D. Littlefield, 36, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of violation of a protection order. She was sentenced to five days in jail, with three days credit for time served. She was also ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Liana M. Cisco, 31, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree assault-knowingly/recklessly causing injury. She was sentenced to 24 months supervised state probation, with probation to be transferred to New Mexico through the interstate commission for adult offender supervision. She was ordered to pay $1,521.50 in fines and costs. Defendant must obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations of same. She must participate in a substance abuse treatment program for alcohol, and must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use as required by probation. She may not drive without a valid driver’s license, and may not contract any financial obligations without approval of probation and/or the collections investigator.

Ÿ Carolee Tsinniginnie, 31, of Blanding, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. She was sentenced to 24 months supervised state probation, to report today in order to complete transfer request to Utah through interstate commission for adult offender supervision. She was ordered to pay $1,509.80 in fines and costs, and must obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations of same. Defendant must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use. She may not contract any financial obligations without approval of probation and/or the collections investigator.

TUESDAY, NOV. 15

Ÿ Kenny Daniel Velasquez, 28, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of violation of protection order. He was sentenced to five days in jail. He will receive two days credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Corena Elizabeth Bundy, 32, of Cortez, was sentenced to serve six months in jail in regards to original charges of harassment-strike/shove/kick. Defendant was originally sentenced to 12 months state probation, which is now revoked as unsuccessful after defendant’s admission of violation. This runs concurrent with case No. 2011CR/11CR3. Defendant must begin serving sentence Nov. 22 at 10 p.m. She was also ordered to pay $225.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Martha K. Trujillo, 25, of Cortez, was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail in regards to her original conviction of criminal protection order violation. Defendant was originally sentenced to 24 months of probation, which is now revoked as unsuccessful after defendant’s admission of violation. Defendant was assessed fines and costs in the amount of $1,004 and was ordered not to contract any financial obligations without approval of her probation officer or collections investigator. She is now on probation for up to 24 months, with the first 12 months concurrent with case No. 10CR119. She must complete IDDT program through Axis Health Systems, and a domestic violence evaluation, and must comply with recommendations of same. She must comply with any recommendations from mental health and social services, and with monitored job search, to be supervised through collections until gainfully employed. Defendant must report multiple times throughout each week for drug and alcohol testing.

Ÿ Antonio Lee, 29, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint, and one count of driving under the influence. This is defendant’s first alcohol-related driving conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition, and 38 days credit for time served. He was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $1,090.50 in fines and costs, and must perform 24 hours of community service. He must attend victim impact panel, Level II education and 48 hours of therapy Track A. Defendant must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation, and must report as of this date. He must also engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing or release. Thirty days in jail is suspended as long as defendant complies with conditions of probation.

Ÿ Daniel J. Shea, 31, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with suspended imposition, and to 24 months of private probation after release from jail. He was ordered to pay $823.50 in fines and costs, and must perform 24 hours of community service. Defendant must attend victim impact panel, level two education and 86 hours of therapy Track D, and must undergo a traditional outpatient program. He must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant is required to follow all conditions of probation. He must obtain a drug and substance abuse evaluation, and follow all recommendations.

Ÿ Marvin R. Ham, 58, of Williams, Ariz., pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired, and one count of careless driving resulting in injury. This is defendant’s first alcohol-related driving conviction. On the DUI count, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition, and to 12 months supervised state probation. On the careless driving count, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail with suspended imposition and 12 months of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $1,881.82 in fines and costs, and was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service. He must attend victim impact panel, level two education and 42 hours of therapy Track A. Defendant must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation. The 30 days in jail has a suspended imposition ordered as long as terms of probation are followed. Defendant must report to state probation on this date, and must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing. Probation may be transferred to unsupervised probation once defendant completes all conditions of probation. Once on unsupervised probation, defendant may travel to Arizona. He is ordered to pay restitution as ordered by the court. Probation is concurrent with count 1.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 16

Ÿ Leslie Chris Rutland, 37, pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree assault-knowingly/recklessly causing injury, and one count of driving under the influence. This is defendant’s second DUI conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 12 months supervised probation on the assault charge, and sentenced to 10 days in jail and 24 months of supervised probation on the DUI charge. He was additionally sentenced on the DUI charge to 365 days in jail with suspended imposition. He was ordered to pay $2,730.50 in fines and costs, and must perform 60 hours of useful public service by Oct. 16, 2012. He must attend victim impact panel, level two education with 24 hours of therapy Track C, enhanced/intensive outpatient therapy, and inpatient treatment if recommended by probation. He must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use, and must obtain an anger management evaluation and follow all recommendations of same. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must resolve his warrant out of Mississippi within 30 days of release from jail. Defendant is to follow all conditions of probation, and must report to state probation when released from jail. He must serve 10 days in jail on the DUI charge concurrent with the assault charge. The additional 365 days of jail are suspended imposition, conditional on successful completion of probation.

Ÿ Gary Irwin Hackett, 42, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $128.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Stormie Ray Phillips, 20, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $128.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Yolanda Naomi Blackwater, 26, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $528.50 in fines and costs.
