Alyssa and Nicholas Utley and their new little sister, Braylee Morgan, would like to announce the marriage of their parents, James Utley and Mandee Morgan. The couple married on Sept. 4, 2011, at the Shalimar wedding chapel in Las Vegas, Nev. James and Mandee Utley make their home in Cortez.
