Gary Paul Williams, 36, of Cortez pleaded guilty to one count of harassment strike/shove/kick, and was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $1,461.80 in fines and costs, and must obtain a domestic violence and mental health evaluation, and follow all recommendations of same. He must attend and complete parenting classes, and shall not contract any financial obligations without approval of his probation officer and/or collections investigator.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 19
Nancy Nalani Glinka, 40, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of owning/possessing dog not under control. She was ordered to pay $76 in fines and costs.
Stanley G. Demars, 57, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. He was ordered to pay $428.50 in fines and costs.
Alex Dale Silas, 18, of Towaoc, pleaded guilty to one count of underage possession/consumption of alcohol, and received a deferred sentence of 12 month unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $303.50 in fines and costs, and to perform 24 hours of community service. He must violate no laws traffic or criminal, and keep his address current with the court. Additionally, he must obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations.
