The Montezuma-Cortez School District Re-1 Board of Education will hold a work session at 6 p.m. and a regular board meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, in the Downey Administration Building, 400 N. Elm St., Cortez.
During the work session, the board will discuss the Battle Rock Charter School contract and policy revisions for Section G, dealing with personnel.
In the regular meeting, the board will take action on policy revisions, a request for additional funds to support the Lobato lawsuit, transition contracts and capital reserve allocations.
The board will discuss a schedule change at Montezuma-Cortez High School, Manaugh Elementary School restructuring and the staff nonrenewal process.
