Amber Dalene Blair, 33, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing a peace officer, and received a deferred sentence 12 months unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs, and to perform 24 hours of community service. She must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and must keep her address current with the court.
Stanley W. Goodall, 47, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation-civil. He was ordered to pay $197.94 in fines and costs.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 21
Sarah Amy Getter, 31, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. She was ordered to pay $456 in fines and costs.
Marcelino D. Strong, 29, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. He was ordered to pay $456 in fines and costs.
Vaughtrina C. Whitehorse, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty of underage possession/consumption of alcohol. She was ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations of same, and to provide proof to the court within 6 months. She was also ordered to perform 24 hours of community service within 6 months, and must pay $51 in fines and costs.
Ryan James Sanzone, 20, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of underage possession of alcohol. He was ordered to pay $551 in fines and costs within 12 months.
Lindsay C. Balgobin, 18, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of underage possession/consumption of alcohol and received a deferred sentence of 12 months unsupervised probation. She must obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations, and was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service by March 21, 2012. She must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and pay all costs as ordered in the amount of $26.
Shona Kae Fish, 38, of Bloomfield, N.M., pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $126 in fines and costs.
