FRIDAY, MARCH 25

Ÿ Viola M. Rosales, 28, of Mancos, was found guilty of one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick, concurrent with another case. She was sentenced to 12 months probation, and must follow all standard conditions of same, including no alcohol and drug use. She was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs, and must observe a protection order in effect through March 25, 2012.

Ÿ Henry G. Salt, 47, of Shiprock, N.M., pleaded guilty of one count of false reporting-giving false information. He was sentenced to five days in jail and ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs.

MONDAY, MARCH 28

Ÿ Aylesa J. McRoye, 45, of Cortez, was found guilty of one count of protection order violation-criminal. She was sentenced to 24 months probation, concurrent with another matter, and was ordered to pay $31.50 in fines and costs.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 30

Ÿ Michelle Rogers, 35, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of theft (under $500). She received a deferred sentence of 12 months probation and was ordered to pay fines and costs in the amount of $484.50, which includes $300 in restitution. She was also ordered to perform 48 hours of community service, to be completed by Sept. 30. Additionally, she must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and keep her address current with the court.

Ÿ Cody J. Allmon, 25, of Cortez, pleaded guilty of third-degree criminal trespass. He received a deferred sentence of 12 months probation and was ordered to pay fines and costs in the amount of $128.50. He must also complete 24 hours of community service, to be completed by Sept. 30. He must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and keep his address current with the court.
