Grazing rights should revert to natives

At this time, many other Native Americans and myself feel that all grazing rights that are located within the Weminuche Wilderness or other traditional native lands of Colorado should be held by the Native Americans of the Ute, Navajo and Jicarilla tribes.

This should happen before all so-called public lands are sold to the highest bidder.

Why is all the good stuff owned and leased by homesteaders?
