The Pueblo Community College Foundation will receive $40,000 over the next two years from the Daniels Foundation Boundless Opportunity Scholarship to provide financial assistance to PCC students.

The scholarship is offered to nontraditional students from defined student populations who are legal residents of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah or Wyoming.

At PCC, the scholarship is available to students pursuing undergraduate degree and certificate programs who are adult learners, former foster care youth, GED recipients, former juvenile justice youth, returning military, individuals pursing EMT/Paramedic training, and those studying early childhood education.

The scholarships will be awarded to qualifying students at any PCC campus – Pueblo, Fremont, Southwest Colorado Community College East (Durango) and SCCC-West (Mancos). Applications for the 2017-18 academic year are under review, and scholarships will be awarded in May. Each will be for $2,000.
