On May 13th we had fire in our equipment yard that completely destroyed our metal fabrication building. We would like to thank all of the responders that put the fire out and kept it from spreading to our other buildings and preventing a bad situation from turning even worse. Responders included: Cortez Fire Department, Lewis-Arriola Fire Department, Towaoc Fire Department, Dolores Fire Department, Mancos Fire Department, and Montezuma County Sheriff Department.
Thanks to all of the volunteers for giving up a large amount of your personal time to help protect our local Districts. Your willingness to sacrifice your personal safety to protect others and their property is truly appreciated. We also appreciate the quick response of the Southwest Memorial Hospital Ambulance crew. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained by any of our employees or by any of the responders. And finally, we send out a big thanks to our employees, friends and members of the community for your support and well wishes.
