Tuesday, Oct. 25

9:13 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after being spotted walking in the 200 block of W. Second St.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

9:37 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court. 601 N. Mildred Road.

10:53 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court. 601 N. Mildred Road.

2:15 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of N. Linden St.

5:54 p.m.: A woman was arrested for disturbing the peace at Centennial Park, 800 E. Montezuma Ave.

6:23 p.m.: Based on a tip that occupants in a car were drinking, a driver was followed, then pulled over in the 300 block of North Broadway after crossing the center line. He was found to be sober, but was arrested on a warrant. A passenger was arrested on a warrant, and a second passenger admitted to drinking, and was left at the scene. The car was towed.

10:08 p.m.: A man was arrested after turning himself in at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Thursday, Oct. 27

2:08 a.m.: A woman was pulled over for a turn-signal violation in the 1500 block of S. Broadway and arrested on a warrant.

11:15 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at the Cortez Police station, 608 N. Park St.

11:30 a.m.: A man was arrested a warrant at the Cortez Police station, 608 N. Park St.

7:42 p.m.: A woman was arrested after being spotted on foot in the Chestnut and Main street intesection. While at the Montezuma County jail, the officer served four warrants to an inmate.

9:59 p.m.: A man was served a warrant while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Friday, Oct. 28

6:07 a.m.:An abandoned bicycle was collected by police at Conoco Corners, 302 W. Main St.

12:51 p.m.: A man who was found intoxicated and lying in the roadway was arrested on a warrant at N. Sligo and E. Main streets.

12:39 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after being spotted in the 1500 block of E. Main St.

2:11 p.m.: A an was arrested on a warrant after being spotted in the 1800 block of E. Main St.

Saturday, Oct. 29

5:18 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant outside City Market, and cited for stealing $10 in shrimp and $10 in bacon-wrapped jalapenos.

6:43 p.m.: A bicyclist was arrested on a warrant at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

8:17 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

10:38 p.m.: A female driver was pulled over for weaving in the 600 block of S. Broadway and arrested for DUI, driving with a suspended license and failing to provide proof of insurance or to drive in a single lane. A passenger was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday, Oct. 30

9:19 a.m.: Two men were cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

10:50 a.m.: A man reported that someone had slashed a tire on his pickup truck in the 500 block of S. Linden St.

11:09 a.m.: A woman was arrested at the Travel Lodge, 1120 E. Main St., for violating a court order barring her from consuming alcohol.

1:49 p.m.: A man was arrested for disturbing the peace after he was found intoxicated in the 300 block of S. Pine St. and then urinating in a nearby alley.

2:52 p.m.: A man was cited for shoplifting three cans of beer at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

4:51 p.m.: An intoxicated man was arrested for possessing an open container at disturbing the peace in the 700 block of E. Main St. after shouting at another man and then pulling his pants down in front of the officer’s patrol car.

6:28 p.m.: A man was arrested for violating a court order barring him from consuming alcohol after he was found lying on a porch in the 600 block of E. Second St.

11:30 p.m.: A woman was cited for driving with a suspended license and opera ting an uninsured vehicle after she was spotted in the 200 block of W. Second St. A male passenger was arrested on two warrants, including one for motor-vehicle theft.

Monday, Oct. 31

6:27 a.m.: A man was arrested on two warrants and for disturbing the peace and possessing alcohol in City Park.

2:58 p.m.: A man was arrested for harassment and domestic violence after a fight was reported in City park, 802 E. Main St.

9:37 p.m.: A person was served with two warrants at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

10:14 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

6:32 p.m.: A man flagged down an officer in the 500 block of S. Madison St. and reported that his son’s bike had been stolen from Manaugh Elementary.
