7:24 a.m.: A deputy killed a wounded deer in the 13000 block of U.S. Highway 491.

Tuesday, April 12

10:39 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after fighting with another man at a residence in the 6200 block of County Road 24.2.

Wednesday, April 13

10:20 p.m.: A female driver was pulled over for an unlit headlight in the 7000 block of U.S. 160, and her male passenger was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

5:46 p.m.: A woman reported that four elk antlers worth $60 each and two deer antlers worth $30 each had been stolen from her home in the 20300 block of County Road 21.5.

Thursday, April 13

9:10 a.m.: Two male inmates at the Montezuma County jail were issued summonses for third-degree assault after an altercation.

9:20 a.m.: An inmate at the Montezuma County jail was issued a summons for criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a sprinkler in his cell.

5:54 p.m.: A male pedestrian was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants after allegedly impeding traffic at Main St. and Mildred Road.
