Our county commissioners want to take over miles and miles of Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management roads in Montezuma County.
But their appointed Planning and Zoning Commission says the county can’t afford to maintain a 17-mile bicycle path between Cortez, Mesa Verde National Park, and Mancos. Can somebody explain this to me?
