Roxanne Rogers was walking her daughter’s dog when Hunter disappeared and went into Denny Lake. The dog was unable to get back out because of the thin ice. Cortez firefighters Mike McCoach and Bryce Seats donned dry suits and made their way out to rescue the dog. Hunter was cold, but fine.
