I live in southwest Florida in a city that is significantly larger than Cortez. I am confined to a wheelchair and feel we have good ADA transportation. However I must say you have excellent transportation.
The vehicles are kept neat, I find they are punctual, and though I have not met all the drivers yet, I find Lori, Sherry, Laurie, and Randy to be quite courteous and helpful. I have no doubt the others are too. Your residents are quite lucky to have this and I hope you are use it. In closing, kudos to the county for a well-run service.
