This is an adult female Boston Terrier that was found in town, and the owner never came forward. She is an older girl and is still full of energy. She does look to have a cataract forming on one ey but it doesn’t seem to bother her. Great with kids. Cortez Animal Shelter hours Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This Saturday, Aug. 29, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. will be the last Saturday of the summer that we will be open until next spring. The Cortez Animal Shelter also accepts donations such as bleach, Clay cat litter, Pedigree or Iams dog food, Iams puppy food, Purina cat chow and kitten chow, dish soap, paper towels, and dog treats.
