Job Corps is looking for qualified people ages 16 to 24 who need all-expenses-paid education and vocational training.

Do you need to learn a vocational skill that will afford you a job and some independence? Do you need to finish your High School education? Are you ready to get your driver's license? Job Corps may be the place for you.

Job Corps pays expenses, including room and board and transportation to and from the Job Corps training centers. Residential training includes trades in building, medical, production, mechanics, business and computer technology and culinary arts. Job Corps is year-round and open enrollment. Summer is historically a slow time for admissions, and is a good time to start the process.

Contact admissions counselor Babette Kimble at 970-565-9523 for information or to start the application process. The Job Corps office is located in the Colorado Workforce Center at 2208 E Main in Cortez, Colo.
