The family of Winborn L. (Windy) Davis would like to say thank you to everyone who was so kind to us at this very difficult time. Windy fought his cancer for 11 years, so there are many doctors and nurses who are special to us and have our heart-felt thanks for all they did for Windy over the years, especially Dr. Cathcart and her entire staff.

In July, hospice took over his care and did an outstanding job. We don't want to forget anyone, so we will just say a special thank you to everyone at hospice. Also to our church family who have prayed, sent cards, called, visited and brought food thank you so much. Your acts of kindness meant so much to Windy and I both.

A very special thank you to Pastors Paul Houston and Jeff Morea, who came back to Mancos to do Windy's service. Also to Wayne and Jeanie Jones for the beautiful songs. To Mesa Trails Cowboy Church for allowing us to use the church, for providing flowers and to the ladies for providing a delicious meal after the service. And last but certainly not least, thank you to all our family and friends who were unable to be here but called, sent cards, flowers and gifts and also to those here who brought food by the house or just came to visit, it meant so very much.

Saying thank you just doesn't seem to be enough but we want you all to know how much we appreciate everything that was done, with much love to all.
