Coming off four consecutive losses, the Montezuma-Cortez High School girls soccer team travelled to Pagosa Springs on March 24 and finally came up with a win.
Sophomore midfielder Rylee Lindsley scored M-CHS’s only goal of the game. The Lady Panthers defeated Pagosa Springs 8-0 earlier this season.
With their record now at 1-4-0 on the season, M-CHS’s next game will be against Steamboat Springs in Delta on March 28.
