7:34 a.m. A man was arrested in the 900 block of Livesay Drive on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence after he reportedly damaged property and hurt himself after he became mad when his girlfriend was on Facebook.
11:06 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of South Elm Street for a report of a woman who “got a bad hit of crystal meth”. The woman was cleared by medical staff and arrested and issued a summons for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:08 p.m. A woman was arrested for drunken driving near the 100 block of W. Main Street after an officer observed the vehicle she was driving heading north on S. Beech Street, which is only for southbound traffic.
Tuesday, Feb. 17
10:05 a.m. Two women were issued summons for open containers of alcohol in the park after an officer discovered the two were drinking cherry vanilla extract, vanilla extract and strawberry extract, one of which had a listed alcohol content of 38 percent.
10:48 a.m. A man was arrested for violating a restraining order in the 600 block of N. Texas Street.
