Wednesday, Jan. 21

7:35 a.m. A woman reported her mailbox had been damaged on County Road 41. It appeared as if the mailbox had been hit by a car. The woman stated that her mailbox previously had been damaged by cows and snowplows and didn’t know who may have damaged her mailbox this time around. There were no witnesses.

8:54 a.m. A domestic assault was reported near the 26000 Block of County Road P. An arrest warrant was issued.

Thursday, Jan. 22

5:15 p.m. Mailbox vandals struck again near the 14000 block of County Road 33.

Saturday, Jan. 24

1:41 a.m. A woman was arrested near the 11000 block of County Road 24 when a deputy discovered a vehicle parked partially in the driveway and partially blocking the road. The arrested woman was attempting to move the vehicle from the road and reportedly told the deputy that she had been driving after drinking.

2:50 p.m. A deputy responded to the Dolores High School for a report of a vehicle that had been keyed. The deputy could not find footprints running the length of the vehicle.

Monday, Jan. 26

7:59 a.m. A deputy recognized a 33-year-old woman at the Dolores Elementary School and was aware that the woman had a warrant for her arrest. Another deputy was called to assist, and the woman was arrested without incident.

3:05 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of a fight between a man and a woman in the street at County Roads F.2 and 25. When law enforcement officers arrived, they found two individuals sitting in the middle of the road. Injuries were visible. A man was arrested and issued summons for third degree assault and domestic violence.

7:28 p.m. Deputies were called to assist an ambulance EMT crew when a patient became violent and started striking people. The patient also hit medical personnel when at Southwest memorial Hospital. The woman was arrested and issued summons for third-degree assault.
