The Cortez Leopard Sharks Swim Club will host the Cortez Community Swim Meet on Dec. 13. The meet will be held at the Cortez Recreation Center and will last from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Any member of the community, regardless of age or swimming ability is encouraged to attend. Events will include 25-yard races, 50-yard races and 100-yard races in each stroke. Members of the Cortez Leopard Sharks swim team will also be on hand to perform demonstration swims.
