Debbie C. Foster, who was reported missing to law enforcement Tues. Nov. 18, has contacted her daughter to say she is OK.
"She was vague about where she was or what happened, but said she's alright," said her daughter Alecia Gustamantes Meraz.
Foster, 45, of Cortez, was last seen Nov. 4 leaving District Court.
Meraz said it was unusual for Foster to not contact her for so long.
"She was grateful that I was concerned about her well being, and I still am," she said.
