Nine inches of snow have fallen this month at Wolf Creek Ski Area, prompting the resort to open its 75th season this weekend.
To commemorate the resorts Diamond Anniversary, skiers at Wolf Creek can hit the slopes Nov. 8-9 at local appreciation rates. Adults ski for $41; seniors and children ski for $24.
Officials advise, “all terrain on the mountain has extremely early season conditions.”
With a six-inch base and 14 inches of snow year-to-date, Treasure Stoke and Bonanza lifts will operate from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Nova lift also opens with both natural and man-made snow servicing Nova and Susan‘s runs.
