Mancos High School Student Council would like to thank the following people and businesses for helping with Homecoming this year and making it an amazing week!
Thanks to all the teachers and staff for all their help, flexibility and patience during this very fun and exciting event. Thanks to all of our wonderful students for participating in all the activities. You guys rock! We'd like to thank Rick Irwin, Javier Jaime and Keith Huskey for always coming to our rescue and having all equipment set up for us on time. Thank you to The Mancos Volunteer Fire Department for attending the Bon Fire, Parade and football games every year. Thank you to Keese Motor Company for donating the use of their trucks for our Parade and half-time presentation of the Homecoming Royalty.
We would also like to thank the following businesses for their generous donations and continued support: P & D Grocery, Ted's Taco, Coca Cola, Western Excelsior(for donating the Waste Blankets for our Bon Fire again this year), T & M Dirt Works, Mike & Tammy Spencer for hauling the material for our Bon Fire again this year, Chip Tuthill for donating his time and backhoe to remove the bonfire debris, Allen Theatres, Heather and Ryan McKie, Charles and Elaine Huntoon and Emily Benke for donating supplies to assist with our community service projects to improve our MHS campus, Mr. Hanson, Mrs. Doudy and Ms. Titone for judging our Parade, Mr. Priestley, Mr. Gardner, Mr. Parsons and Mrs. Pearson for helping with the Powder Puff and Peach Fuzz activities, Mr. Hanson, Mr. Priestley and Mr. Showalter for supporting the activities for the Homecoming Week.
